Thanks JSN Authors!

For this week's post I wanted to take a minute to publicly thank all my wonderful authors who contribute their wealth of knowledge to the JumpSnap Nation Blogs week after week. They do such an amazing job sharing their insight on so many wonderful health and wellness related topics that I look forward to my daily read. Sure I'm biased, I'm the publisher...but I would put our content up against anyone else in the category and challenge them to a literary dual. OK, maybe that's a bit much but I am so proud of this group.

One of the things I like most as a reader is their authenticity. It makes me proud to read about one of Mike Monroe's crazy ultra "something" races he's training for yet he's still able to break it down into something simple that I can understand. I can assure you my marathon days are over but I always learn something about exercise from Mike because he's never condescending, and he certainly has the credentials that would allow him to be!

Or how about Dr. Evelyn Wells bringing a more clinical side to the discussion without making us feel like we failed high school math. She brings equal parts common sense with a handful of medicine and splash of personal reference to make us feel like we're sitting in her office. That's not always easy to do, especially from the medical community who often take pride in confounding us with their medical-speak. Her husband, Tim Cusak, can also be found blogging about everyday fitness challenges on the pages of JSN as well. In fact, Tim led the way for JSN into the Twitter phenomenon, so follow him and see what he has to say.

And one of my new favorites is Jackie Silver. Jackie is constantly striving to find effective ways to turn back the clock with her Aging Backwards brand. Although more focused on women's beauty products, she is also very passionate about helping people learn about products that really work and don't involve surgery. She's got a great writing style and burns up the keys on her Blackberry tweeting all day long. And we love the fact that you can feel her spirit and enthusiasm bounce off the pages of her blog.

Ashley Marriott is always a big hit with the readers, and it is clear she has a loyal following. She makes exercise always feel accessible regardless of age or fitness level. After reading her posts, I always feel inspired to jump a few more minutes or do one extra rep during strength training as if she were standing next to me cheering me on. Thanks for the encouragement Ashley!

Finally, I can always count on Fran Werner and Adam Brewer to provide great information that I use in my everyday life. From shopping healthy at the grocery store to the healthiest cities to live in to the best leg workouts, these fitness gurus keep me in line.

As you can see, JumpSnap Nation has an amazingly talented stable of bloggers, so make sure you check out the JSN Blog and meet all our authors and support their various products and initiatives. They are writing on JSN because they have a passion for helping people achieve success. It's genuine and meaningful. The best part is that by applying their advice, we all benefit.

Do me a favor and leave me a comment about your favorite post or author and why. Also, let me know what topics you like reading about the most, and we will be sure they are well represented in future posts.

Thanks for reading the JSN blogs...now join me in giving our great authors a round of applause (clap, clap, clap!).

Healthy Jumping...
